One of the most outstanding and useful measures taken by ICALIB was the collection of samples of the most precious examples of Paintings, exquisite cover bindings and photograph collections.  The present collection contains 168 painting of which 25 were made by Kamalul Molk, 32 belong to his gifted student the late Mirza Esmail Ashtiani, and 40 are works of Mahmood Oliya.

In 1999, all photographs and albums scattered around in various units within ICALIB, were consolidated. Presently 100 photo albums on the Senate, 80 photo Albums on National Consultative Assembly and 2000 miscellaneous pictures have been identified. ICALIB currently has prepared their computer data-entry worksheets and is in the process of developing a photo database.
