This division was established to promote the ICALIB and its rich resources among researchers, professors and students. It also works to commemorate and keep alive the Islamic and Revolutionary values within ICALIB. It fosters an atmosphere of friendship, cooperation and job satisfaction among ICALIB staff members as well as maintaining contacts with Parlimentary Libraries and renown research centers throughout the world
